In most cases, yes, what you see pictured is what you will get. The only exceptions would be things like trading cards, or new/sealed items. If anything has multiple quantities listed the condition shown should be near identical to one another.
Most of the products for sale are second-hand goods. Expect some level of wear on older items. We do carry some new items, such as toys and merch.
Yes, all VHS tapes are briefly tested, inspected for mold, and cleaned when necessary.
An ex-rental is a tape that used to belong to a rental store, such as Blockbuster or Hollywood Video. These tapes will have stickers on them, and have likely been played more.
No, they are not professionally graded. We may reference the CGC grading scale to estimate the condition, but it is a best guess. All comic books and magazines are shipped bagged & boarded.
Blu-ray discs may no longer have a valid digital download code if advertised to include one. Most Blu-rays are secondhand goods, and the code has likely already been used.
We occasionally have sales around major holidays. This will be advertised by a banner at the top of the homepage when active. Most sales will be an automatic discount applied at checkout, and a code will not be needed.
